- The Center for Wooden Boats’ second campus, offering boat building and handling classes; youth, individual and family programs; and boat rentals
- More than a mile of saltwater beach for public use
- 430 acres of forested uplands with a lake
- Overnight cabin rentals
- Conference and retreat facilities
- An environmental learning center for children
- A "time capsule" of almost 50 historic resort buildings listed on the National Historic Register and the Washington Heritage Register
- Courses related to the special attributes of the site, such as regional maritime history, natural history and Native American history
